Curls On Call Salon Policies

To provide every guest with a professional, relaxing, and enjoyable salon experience, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.

Appointments & Deposits

• Appointments are required. Walk-ins are welcome when availability permits.
• A non-refundable travel fee is required to secure your appointment for mobile services.
• Deposits are required for services over $300 and are applied toward your service. Appointments cancelled less than 72hrs before appointment time are non-refundable.
• Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

• A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service, or cancellation depending on the service and stylist’s schedule.
• If you are running late, please contact the salon as soon as possible.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows may result in a $25 booking fee before scheduling future appointments.
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.

Hair Preparation

• Please follow your stylist’s instructions regarding hair preparation before your appointment.
• Please do not scratch scalp or wet scalp and hair less than three days before chemical service. Any burning will result in the service being stopped, payment will still be required even if the chemical is under processed due to not following scalp preparation instructions. We do not continue if burning under no circumstances.
• Please disclose any scalp concerns, chemical services, allergies, or previous treatments that may affect your service.

Children & Guests

• Please bring only guests who are necessary for your appointment.
• Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult unless they are receiving a scheduled service.
• Due to limited salon space and safety considerations, additional guests may be asked to wait outside the service area.

Payments

• Payment is due in full at the completion of your service.
• We accept the payment methods listed by the salon.
• Prices may vary based on hair length, density, condition, additional product usage, or additional time required.

Service Satisfaction

We want you to love your hair! If you have a concern regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss the concern and determine an appropriate resolution. Corrective services must be approved by the stylist/salon before being scheduled.

Respect & Professional Conduct

Curls On Call Salon is committed to maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. We ask that all clients, stylists, and guests treat one another with courtesy and respect. Disrespectful, threatening, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
