All appointments must be confirmed before being finalized.  After you make your appointment request, you'll get either a confirmation text or a call if more information is needed.  Mobile services require a non-refundable travel fee to confirm an appointment.  Weddings, pamper parties, and princess parties require a phone consultation before proceeding.
