All packages are customized to your needs. Wedding packages include the choice of bridal trials for hair and makeup, as well as add-ons that you can discuss with your reservation specialist. Add-ons and trials can be scheduled and provided at clients home. Add-ons include: hair extensions, hair color, chemical services, & hair cuts. Trials are only provided for the bride, and can be scheduled before contracting our services. Add-ons require a signed contract. Travel fees are added for locations outside the service area. Princess packages are also customized to fit your needs. Tiara, bracelet, and dress options are also available. Princess party add-ons such as decorations, catering, & Disney Princesses are also available and can be set up with the reservation specialist. Discounts are available for some packages.
Reserving the date is simple. Simply go to the wedding & special events page and click on the booking request tab. A reservation specialist will contact you within 24hrs. If you need a quicker response click on the chat bubble. For hotel stays a $25 deposit is required when booking. This deposit goes towards your service. Reserving for princess parties and weddings require a contract to hold date. Once a contract is signed the date will be held and reservation confirmed once deposit is made. A non-refundable deposit of half of the total bill is due for wedding and princess party packages 30 days prior to date.
Curls on Call can accommodate any number of party members. The amount of service providers needed is based on the size. Additional service providers can be requested for an additional fee per service provider. Each wedding member is allocated 30min for each service and the bride 1hr. for each service.
The contract can be signed at any time to hold the date. The deposit for the date is made 30 days prior to the wedding date and is non-refundable. Deposits are not taken prior to the deposit date and dates can be cancelled with no penalty up to the deposit date. Reservation deposits not made by the deposit date will be removed from the calendar and open for anyone else to book. Once deposit is made Contracts can not be altered or changed due to missing or late party members. The person who signs the contract must be the person to pay the balance or assign that person and add their name to the contract. Curls on call will not be collecting payment from each client. Balance of the contracted amount is required to be paid on the wedding day prior to services being rendered, by the person on the contract assigned to make the final payment. Hotel services require a $25 dollar non-refundable deposit. The date however can be rescheduled with no penalty up to 48hrs before service date.
Curls on Call does not charge a travel fee for services within 20 miles of area codes 21117 and 34747. The fee for travel outside of that radius is $2 for every mile. There is also no travel fee for the Orlando Vacation rental. Additional quotes if over night and destination wedding is required. Early start travel time is $50 additional per stylist/makeup artist if start time is needed at 7am or earlier. Second location fees are $60 per stylist if needed to travel to a second location and an hourly rate of $50 per hour is added for time booked after initial wedding service time, for touch ups etc..
Curls on call accepts zelle, cash app, and cash. Credit cards are also accepted with a 4% processing fee.
Curls on call provide In-home services to residents within a 5 mile radius of area code 21117. Residents outside the area must be approved and will incur an additional travel fee. Curls on call also provides services to many Hotels in Maryland, (contact our reservation specialist to see if we service your hotel)
All services include shampoo, conditioner, & blowdry, discounts are available for hair that has already been cleaned and thoroughly dried (Chemical services not included)
Request your appointment day and time at least one week prior. Our reservation specialist will contact you to confirm or give you additional options available. A $25 deposit for services under $100 or $50 deposit for services over $100 is then required to book the appointment, entire deposit goes toward your service and is non-refundable, but is transferable one time if you reschedule no less than 48 hours before appointment time and date. On the day of the appointment please choose a cleared area near a working outlet to be serviced, if receiving a shampoo please make sure that your sink is cleared and that you have a working sprayer (you may provide a portable sprayer if your sink does not have its own, our stylist do not carry sprayers.) Your stylist will have a shampoo sink that sits directly on your sink to give you the feel of being in a salon. You will need to provide a chair and towels. Our stylist only carry what you are scheduled for, and will not be able to provide most additional services, so please be sure to schedule all that you want done with the reservation specialist. Balance of payment is paid directly to your stylist. We except cash, cash app, and zelle, credit cards accepted with a 4% fee.
